Important to know

I offer IFS accompaniment, not psychotherapy. This distinction is legally important in Quebec (Law 21). If you are going through a crisis, I encourage you to consult a regulated mental health professional.

About

I didn't come to IFS by chance.

Since the mid-1990s, my personal journey has been deeply marked by an exploration of consciousness, inner freedom, and individual responsibility. Krishnamurti's teachings have played a determining role in my life: a constant invitation to observe without judgment, to question limiting beliefs, and to return to what is alive and authentic within.

My encounter with Internal Family Systems (IFS) was pivotal — personally first, then as a professional calling. IFS put words, structure, and profound humanity to something I already sensed: inner multiplicity, the wisdom of the Self, and the possibility of lasting change that comes not through struggle but through understanding and compassion.

Driven by this desire to go further, I committed to the full IFS Institute training path. I had the privilege of learning directly from Dick Schwartz, the founder of the approach, and of participating in an immersive retreat in Hawaii with him.

With Dick Schwartz, founder of IFS — immersive retreat in Hawaii. His sweater says it all: Just Ask your parts.

This site is also a way to make IFS accessible in French. I write for curious, intelligent people who want to understand — not to be impressed.
